As most managers know, hiring a lot of doctors (more than 10) will have a negative effect on your supporters mood. What many people don’t know is however that because of the diminishing effectivness of the doctors, 255 is by studies considered “the maximum” number of doctors one could have - in order for the doctors to still have an effect.

I saw an old archived post by billyquiz in the conference the other day. He had a 19yr old keeper that was just picked for the U20 team, because he didn’t want to lose training in order for the keeper to keep his place in the U20s, he decided to do a little study. This is what the result looked like:

All in all, it took billyquiz 7 updates to get him +0, bruised but training and only 5 to get him +1, bruised but training. Was it worth it? I think he’ll agree that it was. The only real damage besides the drop in supporters (which he managed to weigh up by winning a cup game) is the economical loss that your team will suffer.
