One search engine for all major Hattrick resources!

Well you asked for it! A lot of times when I myself have been looking to find a specific answer I had to go to many different resources and combine this with asking many questions in the conferences. This was one of the original reason for the creation of HT-FAQ.

However, since then a lot of new features and rules within Hattrick has changed. There are a lot of player guides as well as online resources and tools out there which are constantly evolving and updated.

Today we’ve taken one step towards solving the issue of looking through your 1000 Hattrick bookmarks, we’ve created a search engine right here on Hattrick News which besides Hattrick News itself also searches within: The Official Hattrick Wiki, HattriX-files, IntroHT, and Hottrick.

We have great hopes for adding additional resources as soon as we test this out a bit. Having said that, it seems to work perfectly fine at the moment. The search is driven by Google which essentially makes it a boolean search, meaning you can use +, -, * as boleans in the same way you use them with your normal Google searches.

Try it out! If you haven’t noticed, it’s located top right on every page of Hattrick News.

(Please note that if you can’t find a specific page or ‘answer’, it is most likely due to this page not being in the Google index, this is something we cannot fix, but is up to each respective website owner to take care of)

    There seem to be some problem with the design messing up if you’re not logged in. This is currently having a negative effect on the user experience both with Firefox and Internet Explorer. We’re working on solving this issue.
